☝ What does it take to whiten your teeth?
🌿 1. To begin with, make an appointment with our periodontist, who will examine your oral cavity and make sure that there are no contraindications to whitening in your case.
🌿 2. If the first stage is successfully completed, then the next stage is professional hygiene. This procedure is necessary to remove plaque, a sticky film of bacteria and calculus that have built up between your teeth; and to make the whitening effect as effective as possible.
🌿 3. After finishing the previous two stages, we proceed to the third stage – whitening! The procedure itself lasts 45 minutes, but with all the steps of preparation and additional manipulations, this process can take up to 2 hours.
