I have always tried to do surgery because this area is both interesting and difficult at the same time. A dental surgeon has to keep his head and hands constantly in shape.
There is always something to discover in this field of dentistry, you need to learn constantly – it motivates and moves me forward still, there is a great perspective.
I love working with my hands, I subtly feel how to act in a given situation. Any surgical manipulation is someway improvisation. Of course, there are protocols that we, surgeons, follow, but each case is individual and unique. In addition, I need to feel people, their psycho-emotional state, and their situation.
In most cases, people come to me with pain. Everyone hurts, and I understand that. The task of the surgeon at this stage is to provide the most accurate surgical care without unnecessary risks.
